The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is a non-profit organization that has been reducing unnecessary electronic waste since 2004. We reduce adverse environmental contribution through electronic recycling, repurposing and through the donation of electronics and other IT Equipment. With a number of drop off locations around Canada based primarily out of Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Saskatoon, Toronto, Montreal and Winnipeg, and an electronic pickup service, the ERA provides a meaningful way for organizations and individuals to deal with their old computer equipment in a safe and secure manner that matches or exceeds government standards.
The Electronics Recycling Association is committed to providing refurbished equipment to local charities at no cost. Basic activities such as applying for a job, completing school work, and looking up a bus route require the use of a computer. That's why we've developed a charitable computer donation program to address exactly that problem. By working with us you can feel good knowing that your old equipment could benefit a less fortunate Canadian family.
Donations of unwanted equipment help to keep unnecessary electronic waste out of the landfills. With our reuse programs, your donations are revitalized and given a new home. If the electronics absolutely cannot be reused, we will recycle it responsibility.
