About ERA
The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is a non-profit organization founded in 2004 to address the growing problem of e-waste and the increasing ‘digital divide’. For over fifteen years, ERA has offered simple solutions to help individuals and organizations prevent operational equipment from premature destruction. With a focus on recovery, refurbishment and reuse, ERA continuously supplies charitable groups with donated IT equipment while securely managing the retiring IT assets of organizations and individuals across Canada. We are located in Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Montreal, Saskatoon, Toronto and Winnipeg.
About OSPE
The Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE) is the voice of the engineering profession in Ontario. They represent the entire engineering community, including professional engineers, engineering graduates and students who work or will work in several of the most strategic sectors of Ontario’s economy. OSPE elevates the profile of the profession by advocating with governments, offering valued member services and providing opportunities for ongoing learning, networking and community building.

Collection Certificate on site outlining the equipment collected
Serial number reporting available upon request for any service
All Certification (Data, Receipt, and Confirmation) is issued within 15 days after the service has been completed

Fees for hard drive on-site shredding services will be $4.50 per hard drive + $225.00 on-site charge.
Fees for hard drive off-site shredding services will be $4.50 per hard drive
Fees for CD and Floppy Disk off-site shredding services will be $0.90 per CD/Floppy Disk.
Fees for hard drive shredder rental will be $1,125.00 per day.
*on-site shredding & rentals are not available with remote locations & 3rd party services at this time*
