For 40 years they have focused on providing specialized services for newcomers, most of which are free of charge. They offer assistance such as free transit tickets and child-minding services, as well as subsidies of various kinds.

ERA donated 10 computers and 30 laptops to DIVERSEcity. This donation will be used for Employment and Skills Training program at the organization. They offer several programs to assist immigrant job seekers to learn about the Canadian labour market, explore educational and training opportunities and prepare them to enter/re-enter the Canadian workforce. All programs are specially designed for immigrants facing multiple barriers to employment such as English language, foreign credentials, lack of Canadian work experience and cultural differences and settlement issues.
