By electronic recycling association March 19, 2019

Autism Calgary is an association of individuals and families living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) striving to assist each other and the broader community so that those with ASD live meaningful and purposeful lives in a community that values them. It is their mission to:

  • Support: Bring hope and help meet the needs of families and individuals living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Speak: Be the voice of families and individuals living with ASD.
  • Educate: Increase awareness and understanding of ASD.
  • Advocate: Secure and defend the best quality of life for those with ASD throughout their lifespan and their families.
  • Promote: Encourage the advancement of meaningful research and the development of effective treatment options.

The client who received the laptop is grateful for the donation as it will help him finish his college education. He is also hoping to give back by organizing an outreach facility for displaced people and is happy to have a computer that will help him make the connections needed to see his dream realized.
