ERA, Edmonton Chamber, First General & Shell Team up to Donate Computers

By electronic recycling association September 30, 2021

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Edmonton, AB – September 30, 2021

The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is excited to announce that they will be co-hosting a computer donation event with the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce, First General Edmonton, and Shell Canada. Thanks to the Express Electronic Drop Off Event held by The Edmonton Chamber of Commerce and First General Edmonton back in August and with the help of our long-standing donor Shell Canada, we are able to provide 18 computers to the clients of the Bent Arrow Traditional Healing Society, Bissell Centre, and Berkeley’s Place.

COVID-19 has been disruptive to non-profit organizations that are, in many cases, already operating on a shoestring. We understand that fostering the community now means building for our future. We’re happy to partner with the Edmonton Chamber and First General Edmonton and Shell Canada to provide some organizations of Edmonton that work to train, assist, and develop the communities we serve by providing for their IT needs.
