Fellowship International is a Canadian-based mission organization that does charitable and religious work in a number of countries around the world and exists to catalyze disciple-making movements in strategic populations by empowering nationals. They promote leadership development by partnering with nationals for evangelism, social justice, business and relief initiatives to advance the Kingdom of Christ. They have reached 45+ countries with over 60 projects and counting, alleviating human suffering.

Fellowship National provides a wide variety of opportunities for churches to fulfill the Great Commission, including international, Francophone and chaplaincy ministries. Fellowship International partners with churches to reach lost people and establish disciple-making movements globally. Within Canada, Francophone ministries are helping take the Gospel to Francophone Canadians, the least-reached people-group in North America, while Fellowship Chaplaincy seeks to enable chaplains to demonstrate the love of Christ where people live and work.

The Fellowship Services department ensures the highest standards of Biblical stewardship, accounting best practices, and donor interaction. They also offer relevant services such as health and pension plans to member churches, church staff, missionaries, National and Regional office employees.

The majority of interactions between The Fellowship and local churches are accomplished through their Regions. Major Regional responsibilities include church planting and providing training and support for pastors and other church leaders.

Fellowship Regions assist local churches with recruiting, training, resourcing and coaching in the church planting process. As a movement, they are committed to planting churches that impact culture.

Fellowship Regions serve the local church by offering tools that help nurture and cultivate vibrant, spiritual communities. One of the key tools used by Regional representatives in assisting with church health is through church consultations. Fellowship Regions are committed to helping churches raise up and equip effective leaders, providing resources and opportunities so that they can, in turn, help others grow.

One of Fellowship International’s coaches to a large organization in Ethiopia known as the Ethiopian Kale Heywet Church reached out to ERA for a donation of IT equipment. He makes four, one-month-long trips annually to coach a team of their senior leaders. He wanted to be able to provide laptops to a number of the global workers which they send out through their office and ERA was happy to help by donating 2 laptops for the first trip of the year. We will continue to support them with 6 more laptops for future trips and will also donate 2 projectors. To learn more about Fellowship International visit their website here.
