Fraud Prevention Month in Edmonton

Edmonton, do you destroy your data properly?

The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) and the Edmonton Police Service are partnering again to educate students on the importance of data security.

What:  The ERA will be taking your unwanted data and destroying your hard drives after this event at their location for free.  This includes your cell phones with the battery removed. Officers from the Edmonton Police Service and members of the ERA will provide valuable information to the public on data safety and fraud prevention.
