Reducing E-Waste By Reusing Electronics
The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is a non-profit organization committed to reducing unnecessary electronic waste by recycling and repurposing used electronics. We work with local companies to repurpose used electronics and IT equipment in a safe and secure manner. Our team works with community charities to provide repurpose computers and electronics to those in need. Contribute to our mission of reducing e-waste by recycling your unwanted electronic devices with the ERA.
Donating your used electronics is as simple as giving us a call or contacting us online. Schedule a pick up date with our team or visit one of our donation depots Canada-wide. We accept used desktops, notebooks, computer peripherals, software, and more.
Rest assured that your data will be safe and secure. We complete on-site and off-site data destruction to prevent data being recovered from old equipment. We physically destroy data using our AmeriShred mobile hard drive shredders for thorough destruction of software data.
Join our team of volunteers committed to reducing e-waste. We repair used electronics to proper working condition and ensure they can be used by their next owner. Host an e-waste fundraiser, request a collection bin, or help us reach our goals by becoming an electronic recycling ambassador.
We work with charities across the country to provide refurbished electronics for their program. Organizations qualified for donations include registered charities, non-profit organizations, care facilities, and educational institutions. Our efforts have helped local charities continue doing what they do best - helping our communities.
Our focus is on reducing unnecessary waste and environmental impact through retiring electronic and IT equipment. By repurposing unwanted electronics, we can donate refurbished equipment to foundations and charities in your community. Recycle your electronic equipment safely and securely with the Electronic Recycling Association.
