ERA’s Action Plan and Uninterrupted Service during the COVID-19 Crisis

To Our Valued Clients and Business Associates,

We would like to assure you that ERA, although scaled back, is fully operative and providing uninterrupted service to clients and customers, even with the increasing and dynamic challenges that COVID-19 presents worldwide.

Our service is currently focused on supporting our clients throughout Canada, we will still be offering pickup services for essential  businesses only. For non-essential businesses, we can help you coordinate pallet shipments to the nearest ERA location for your recyclables or use FedEx and UPS if needed. ERA is committed to observing the best practices to protect the health and safety of our employees, clients and associates.

This is unchartered territory for all agencies that choose to operate through this difficult time, and as such, your patience and understanding is appreciated.

We at ERA pride ourselves on a great team and can say with certainty that we would not be able to do this without them.  We thank them for their ongoing support and also thank our clients and customers for their support and trust, as we continue to evolve through this difficult time together.
