The Island Zone Learners Charity, Inc. is a duly-registered and qualified Canadian charitable institution located in Winnipeg, MB. They assist indigent school children in the island-province of Mindoro, Philippines by creating a positive learning environment and providing support in their learning journey through their various programs. Lack of basic school needs and poverty should never stop a child from going to school and play at the same time.

The Island Zone Learners Charity was seeking donations for elementary schoolchildren and their schools in the island-province of Oriental Mindoro, Philippines. The island consists of 15 towns and they wanted to provide computers and projectors to selected schools in each town. The Electronic Recycling Association was thrilled to step up and donate 15 desktop computers and 15 projectors to meet their needs and help further their cause!

“On behalf of the Island Zone Learners Charity, I thank you,” said Luella Ramirez.
