By electronic recycling association July 19, 2018

The Kamloops Music Collective (KMC) is a non-profit organization that offers and manages music programs for youth. They also connect government, corporate and individual sponsors towards music initiatives.

Their vision is to provide music, lessons and instruments to Kamloops children and youth regardless of their economic situation; and to enrich the music culture in the city.

This donation will be used for their program called Kamloops Interior Summer School of Music (KISSM). Since 1978 the KISSM has been inspiring young people to follow their passion for music and the arts. Every July 250 emerging musicians gather for their three-week music program, which is led by music educators and professionals, with additional support from university students who have a love of music.
