By electronic recycling association August 13, 2019

We donated two laptops to Vision Loss Rehabilitation in Saskatchewan. Vision Loss Rehabilitation Saskatchewan is a health services organization. They provide training that enables people who are blind or partially sighted to develop or restore key daily living skills, helping enhance their independence, safety and mobility.

Their certified specialists work closely with ophthalmologists, optometrists and other health care professionals, providing essential care on a referral basis in homes and communities across Saskatchewan. Their mission is to change what it is to be blind through innovative programs and powerful advocacy that enable Canadians impacted by blindness to live the lives they choose.

This donation will benefit two of the organizations clients. They require laptops so that they can develop the skills they will need to reach their educational goals of writing the LSAT and attending University. These devices will be used to support the screen reading software they will need to operate the device (JAWS).
